Q. How does Fungry work?

1. A Fungry customer places an order through our mobile application.

2. We send you the order via business phone, fax machine, or android tablet.

3. A happy customer shows up for your delicious food and you collect the money!
Q.How does Fungry grow my business?

1. New Customers: Fungry is designed to help undecided customers find their way to your delicious menu. We bring you NEW customers or the ones that are up-in-the-air about where to eat.

2. Preferred Search Results: Fungry currently has about 1500 menus from the Austin area for users to search from. Fungry vendors ALWAYS show up first in the results.

3. Daily Specials: We publish your specials every day in our "What's Hot" section.

4. Vendor Portal: The Vendor Portal is where you can manage your menu, prices, special offers, and more. Your portal also gives you valuable data so you can spot sales trends and maximize profits.

5. Ongoing Advertising: Fungry also conducts ongoing advertising and marketing campaigns that highlight our vendors, events, and promotions.

Q. How much does Fungry cost?

Signing up with Fungry is free. There's no contract. No obligation. No subscription fee. After the first Free month, Fungry members are billed a small transactional fee per each order placed through Fungry. However, for a limited time, Charter Members are billed at a lower transactional fee than Regular Members.

Charter Members are businesses that sign up with Fungry before March 8, 2013. A Charter Member will be billed at a discounted transactional fee per order placed through Fungry. A Charter Member is also guaranteed that the discounted transactional fee will never increase for as long as the membership is active.
Q.What if we have an online ordering system designed for our restaurant?

Your online ordering system will continue to capture the customers who have already decided on your establishment. Fungry is designed to capture the undecided customers. It is our goal to bring you new customers.
Q.Why should I choose Fungry over "the others"?

1. The most important reason to go with Fungry is we are the least expensive service offering online ordering. We have no subscription fee and we take the smallest transaction fee of anyone in this industry.

2. The customer pays YOU not us. We know what its like to run a small business. Sometimes you need all the money you make in a day. Thats why the customer pays you. We can settle up at a later time.

3. We donate a portion of our profits to Meals on Wheels and More. Meals on Wheels and More has been enriching the lives of homebound and others in Austin since 1972.
